饮用水中有机物的GC-MS分析测定

【摘要】 本文介绍了气相色谱 -质谱联用法测定水中的有机物。水中有机物的富集采用XAD -2树脂吸附 ,经GC -MS定性、定量分析 ,检测出自来水中 8种有机物 ,地下水中 1 2种有机物。两种水中有机物总含量分别为 56.0ng L和 61 .0ng L。

【Abstract】 In this paper, the organic substances in drinking water were analyzed by GC-MS (Gas Chromatography/Mass Spectrometry). The sample was selected in two ways, one was from the tap water, and the other was from ground water. The samples were passed through the column, which was filled with XAD-2 absorbed resin and the column was rinsed by methane dichloro. The rinsed solution was concentrated by N 2. Nine compounds from tap water and ten ones from well water were separated and identified according to their mass spectra. The results showed that simple sample pretreatment and high recovery were proved.
