【摘要】 本文认为西部地区金融资产规模过小 ,统一金融政策存在负效应 ,金融市场发育不完善等金融因素影响着我国西部地区开发的效果。在分析上述问题的基础上 ,提出了培育完善的金融市场、进行金融政策的适应性调整等对策 ,以期促进西部地区大开发的深入。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper argues that financial factors such as the small scale of financial property,the negative effect of unified financial policy and the insufficient developing of financial market affect the efficiency of developing the West.Based on analyzing these problems,this paper presents some solutions,such as cultivating perfect financial market,adjusting the financial policy,to promote developing the West.更多还原
