【Abstract】 This paper described in detail the basic theory to compute the probability density functions (pdfs) of the open close duration of the general ion channel gating scheme by the Q matrix method. The corresponding formulae were deduced. The pdfs of the duration of the gating model for K + channel in PC12 cells were got by this method.更多还原
