同多钼酸分光光度法测定抗坏血酸
Spectrophotometric Determination of Ascorbic Acid by Molybdenum Isopoly-Acid
【摘要】 研究了抗坏血酸与同多钼酸在浓度为 0 .2 4 mol/ L的硫酸介质中形成钼蓝的反应 .抗坏血酸的浓度 0~ 12 mg/ L范围内符合朗伯比尔定律 ,相关系数 r=0 .9997.加标回收率在 98%~10 2 %之间 ,RSD≤ 0 .2 8% .用于药物中抗坏血酸的测定 ,结果满意
【Abstract】 A new method based on the reaction of molybdenum isopoly acid with ascorbic acid is presented for spectrophotometric determination of ascorbic acid. Optimum experimental conditions is established .The absorptive is lineayly proportional to the ascorbic acid concentration in the range of 0~12 mg/L, r =0.999 7, The detection limit is 0.2 mg/L, the recovery 98 %~102 %. This method has been applied to the determination of ascorbic acid in medicines.
