小麦京核891-1抗条锈病主效、微效基因的遗传分析
Genetic Analysis of Major and Minor Gene(s) Resistant to Stripe Rust in Important Resource Wheat Line Jinghe 891-1
【摘要】 研究了京核891-1品系对条锈菌系在两种温度条件(常温昼18℃/夜10℃,高温昼24℃/夜15℃)下的抗性 遗传。结果表明,京核891-1至少含有两对显性主效、1对隐性微效抗条锈基因,其中两对主效基因控制对CY31的抗 性,并与尤皮2号、抗引655、T.Spelta.Album中的抗性基因等位或紧密连锁,呈独立或重叠遗传,均为未知新基因。 微效基因对温度敏感,在较高温度下提供抗性,对主效基因有修饰作用。京核891-1具有较高水平的抗性和较宽的抗 性谱,可抗中国目前所有小种,建议作为重要抗源利用。
【Abstract】 Inheritance of line Jinghe 891-1 resistant to pathotype of Puccinia striiformis in two patterns of temperature(normal: day 18℃/night 10℃ ,High: day24℃night l5℃was studied in this paper. The resuits showed that there are at least two pairs of dominant major genes and one pair of recessive minor gene in Jinghe 891-1. The two pairs of major genes that confer resistance to CY31were allelic or linked closely with resistance gene in Jubilejna Ⅱ ,Kangyin655 and T. Spelta. Album ,and with the repeated or independent inheritance mode. They were novel resistance genes. The minor genes,which could modify the major genes, were sensitive to temperature and conferred resistance at higher temperature. Jinghe89l-1 has a higher level and a wider range resistance ,and conferred resistance to all races of Puccinia striiformis in China. It is recommended that this line can be used as an important resource stock.
