【Abstract】 In order to evaluate the knowledge level of rural doctor,the scores on the written test of 456 doctors in 72 township hospitals were analysed.The results showed the differentials in scores among doctors of various sex,age,specialty,education background,professional titles.The paper suggested that we should conduct effective measures to promote the knowledge level of doctors in township hospitals.更多还原
