小麦种质资源农艺及品质性状分析
Studies on Agronomic and Quality Characters of Wheat Germplasm Resources
【摘要】 以株高、穗长、小穗数、千粒重、饱满度、角质率、沉降值和籽粒蛋白质含量为指标 ,对国内外的 36个小麦品种 (系 )进行分析表明 ,性状的变异以饱满度和角质率较大 ,籽粒蛋白质含量、株高和小穗数较小。 90R - 92 - 1、白龙 1号、鲁 0 875 0 6 7、鲁 93(5 ) 0 95、临资 8号、76 92 16个品种是综合表现相近而且较好的材料 ,这类材料的穗长、小穗数、千粒重和籽粒蛋白质含量、沉降值的平均值最高。国内育成品种的小穗数、饱满度、角质率、沉降值和籽粒蛋白质与国外品种存在明显的差距。国内不同地区参试品种的平均蛋白质含量相近。
【Abstract】 Studies were carried out on plant height, spike numbers, 1000~grain weight, seed plumpness, horniness ratio, sedimentation value and protein content with 36 wheats varieties from home and abroad. It showed that seed plumpness and horniness ratio were with higher variability but lower protein content, plant height and spike numbers. Six varieties, 90R-92-1, Bailong1, Lu0875067, Lu93(5)095, Linzi8 and 76921(Jing), had similar good performances on head length, spike numbers, 1000~grain weight, protein and sedimentation. Obvious differences for home varieties compared with exotic ones were found in spike numbers, seed plumpness, horniness ratio, sedimentation and protein. The protein contents of home varieties were similar to each other. Further effort should be made on baking quality improvement in wheat breeding.
