芦荟炭疽病菌生物学特性及防治的研究

【摘要】 对芦荟炭疽病菌的培养性状、生长温度和防治药剂进行了研究。结果表明 30℃最有利于病菌的生长 ,分生孢子平均 18.6 μm× 5 .0 μm ,子囊孢子 16 .9μm× 4 .1μm ,菌丝体在PDA培养基上的生长分二种类型。各药剂间防效差异显著 ,以 2 5 %多菌灵可湿性粉剂 12 0 0倍液和 36 %特菌唑悬浮液 12 0 0倍液防效最佳 ,5 3.8%可杀得可湿性粉剂 90 0倍液亦有一定的防效。

【Abstract】 The cultural properties, growth temperature and germicides for Colletotrichum gloeosporioides on Aloe were studied. The results showed the growth of pathogen was the fastest at 30℃,the average value of conidium was 18.6μm×5.0μm,ascospore was 16.9μm×4.1μm,the growth of hyphae on PDA was divided into two types. There was remarkable diversity among different germidides,carbendazim and Triadimefon Cerbendazin were the most superior,Copper Hydroxide was the second.
