【摘要】 就 5组预处理液对非洲菊切花的贮藏以及 3组瓶插液对其保鲜效果的影响进行了初步探讨 .结果表明 ,经 30mg/L 6 -BA + 10 0g/LSuc + 2 5 0mg/L 8-HQC组预处理液处理贮藏两周后非洲菊切花的观赏品质最高 ,贮后瓶插寿命达 2 3d ,弯颈现象得到显著改善 ,鲜重的增加和保持效果最明显 ;经该预处理液处理的切花贮后再配合 2 0 0mg/LAl2 (SO4 ) 3 瓶插处理 ,保鲜效果更佳 .更多还原

【Abstract】 The effects of 5 kinds of pretreating solution on storage and 3 kinds of preservative solution on preservation of cut Gerbera were studied. Results showed that pretreated with 30 mg/L 6-BA+100 g/L Suc+250 mg/L 8HQC and then stored for two weeks, the vase life of cut Gerbera was long to 23 days, the bent neck and fresh weight were significantly also improved. Effects were improved when these pretreating solution combined with 200 mg/L Al 2(SO 4) 3 preservation.更多还原
