新铁炮百合自交初代遗传结构与分化的研究
Genetic structure and genetic differentiation analyses of Lilium formolongi in self-cross early generations
【摘要】 采用等位酶分析技术对新铁炮百合自交初代各株系的遗传学结构与遗传分化进行了初步研究 F-统计量分析结果表明 ,经过自交与选择 ,株系遗传纯合度明显增加 ,FIT 值F4较F3 增加 ,达0 .72 ,株系内的变异减少 ,株系间的分化增加 ,FST值增大 ,F4代株系间平均遗传距离较F3 代株系有一定增强 ,加强了株系间的分化
【Abstract】 The genetic structure and genetic differentiation of Lilium formolongi lines of inbreeding early generations were studied by allozyme electrophoresis. The results of F statistics showed that both homozygosity of lines and differentiation among lines were increased by self cross and selection. The value of F IT of F 4 (=0.72)was higher than that of F 3(=0.392). The value of F ST of F 4(=0.706)was higher than that of F 3 (=0.467). The mean distances among F 4 lines were higher than that of F 3 lines,serving as another evidence to prove the differentiation among lines.
