硝苯柳胺合成及其用作杀精剂性能研究

【摘要】 研究了硝苯柳胺的合成 ,杀精子活性及其毒性和毒理性能 .实验表明 ,它能用水杨酸和对硝基苯胺经“一锅煮”方法合成 ,收率达 90 % ;其体外最低杀精子浓度为2 .5mg/L ,LD50 值为 1 42 0 .2 1mg/kg ,对皮肤无刺激 ,无致畸致癌至突变作用 ,对引起妇科感染的 4种常见病原体的杀死和抑制的最低浓度在 1 .2 5 - 85mg/L范围内

【Abstract】 Niphensamide has been synthesized and tested for spermicidal activity,toxicity and poison mechanism.The results show that the yield of niphensamide (synthesized by salicylic acid with 4-mtroani line in one pot) is up to 90%. The lowest concentration of the niphensamide outside the human body at which the sperm can be killed is 2.5mg/L, the value of LD 50 about it is 1420.21mg/kg. There is no stimulation to human skin,no cancer caused,no distortion and no mutation. The lowest concentration required for killing and inhibiting respective four popular pathogens that cause gynecopathy is found to be 1.25~85mg/L.
