【摘要】 目的：了解我市人口中精神病患病率及治疗情况。方法：遵"流调"手册的原则、方法和流程，按城乡总人口各１．５％比例用随机表抽样，对≥１５岁人口　精神病（不含神经症、精神发育迟滞、人格障碍）进行调查。结果：≥１５岁６４８６人中查出各类精神病人５３例，既往１１例，现患４２例，终生患病率８．１７‰，时点患病率６．４８‰。现精神分裂症终生患病率５．４％。时点患病率４．３‰。城区与乡村间两患病率差异无统计学意义。现患病人中３１．０％从未治疗过，目前仍在服药者只占１６．７％，只有４．８％的病人有完全劳动能力。结论：同１９８２年全国１２单位、１９９３年７单位流调结果比较终生患病率，时点患病率及城乡比较，均有统计学意义。本市城镇和乡村精神病人的现状令人担忧，精神科专业建设极待加强。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objectives: To know the morbidity rate and the treatment condition of mental disorders in Danjiangkou City. Methods: Following the principles, ways and survey procedures in the manual of epidemi- oloy investigation and each according to 1.5% of the total population in the town and country by random sam- pling, we investigated mental disordered patients (excluding neurotic disorder, mental retardation, personality disorder)whose ages were 15 years old or over. Results: Fifty-three were diagnosed as mental disorder in 6486 subjects aged 15 years old or over.11 of them had the disease in the past and 42 have mental disorder currently, with a life-time rate of 8.17‰ and a time point rate of 6.48‰.The 1998 survey uncovered a life-time prevalence of 5.4‰ and current time-point prevalence of 4.3‰ for schizophrenia. The differences between the town and country in the prevalence of schizophrenia had no statistical meaning.31% of the patients had never been treated.16.7% were still taking the medicine, and only 4.8% had whole ability to work.Conclu- sion: Compared with the 1982 & 1993 results,the life-time rate, time-point rate and comparison of prevalence of disease between the town and country had statistical meaning.
