【摘要】 目的 :探索脑电图 (EEG)对老年期痴呆诊断和鉴别诊断的价值。方法 :对 113例阿尔茨海默病 (AD)和 87例血管性痴呆 (VD)的脑电图进行对比分析。结果 :AD阳性率 82 .30 % ,VD89 6 6 % ,EEG异常与病期和痴呆严重度有关 ,与年龄无关 ,这在VD表现较为明显 ,而且VD可有局灶性改变。结论 :EEG可作为AD和VD的鉴别参考 ,并对鉴别痴呆与假性痴呆有实用价值更多还原

【Abstract】 objectives: To study the value o f the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of EEG about Alzheimer’s disease(AD ). Methods: We compare the eletroencepalograph(EEG)of 1 13cases of Alzheimer’s disease with that of 87 cases of vascular dementia(VD). Re sults: The positive rates of AD and VD were 82.3%,89.66% respectively. Ab normal EE G was related with the progress and the severity of dementia except age that was o bvious in the patient with VD who had local changes. Conclusi on: EEG can be used in differentiate in AD and VD, and was valuable fo r differentiate in dementia and pseudo-dementia.更多还原
