【摘要】 目的 :探讨妊高征患者分娩前后血清游离氨基酸含量的变化及意义。方法 :采用高效液相色谱法测定妊高征组 (均为中重度 ,共 2 8例 )和正常妊娠组 (30例 )的血清氨基酸含量。结果 :①妊高征组产前血清游离谷氨酸、缬氨酸、亮氨酸、酪氨酸、胱氨酸均明显高于正常妊娠组 ,产后下降 ,两组比较差异无显著性 ;②妊高征组产前血清精氨酸含量明显低于正常妊娠组 ,产后升高达到对照组产前及产后水平 ;③妊高征组产前甘氨酸含量明显高于对照组产前含量 ,产后含量无明显降低。结论 :中重度妊高征患者存在着血清游离氨基酸含量的异常 ,可能与妊高征的病理生理改变有关 ,临床上对于有妊高征倾向及妊高征患者应慎用某些复合氨基酸制剂更多还原

【Abstract】 objectives:To explore the change of serum free am ino acid on the patients with pregnancy hypertension before and after delivery. Methods:Measuring the content of serum free amino acid on 28 patients with pregnancy hypertension and 30 pregnant women without hyper tension.Results:Serum free glutamic acid,le ucine, cystine of patients with pregnancy hypertension were higher than control group b efore delivery and became low after delivery.But there was no significant differ ence between test group and control group.The serum amino acid content of patien ts with pregnancy hypertension was much lower than the normal pregnant women bef ore delivery and became as high as control group after delivery. Conclusion:The serum free amino acid of the patie nts with moderate pregnancy hypertension was abnormal and perhaps had relation with the change of phthology and physiology.We used carefully amino acid on patie nts with perghancy hypertension.更多还原
