【摘要】 目的 :观察九节茶提取物对变形链球菌体外致龋力的影响。方法 :将不同浓度九节茶提取物加入培养基中进行变形链球菌培养 ,观察药物不同浓度在培养基中抑菌圈直径、菌细胞数和pH值变化情况以及葡糖基转移酶活性。结果 :九节茶可抑制细菌生长、抑制葡糖基转移酶活性等。结论 :提示九节茶可影响变形链球菌的致龋作用 ,可能是一种理想的防龋药物更多还原

【Abstract】 Objectives:To provide the experimental basis of sarcandra on preventing caries,in vestigate the effect of sarcandra on cariogenicity of S.mutans in vitro.Methods:S. mutans were cultured in different concentration extracted solution of sarcandra(ESS),then observed the diameters of inhibitor bacterium zone(IBZ),the numbers of bacterium,the pH values of the culture solution of the bacterium (CSB) and the activity of glucosyltransferase(GTF).Results:When the concentration of ESS was 6.25 mg/ml,the diameters of IBZ increased noticeably,whereas,the pH values of CSB and the activity of GTF decreased apparently,and up to 12.5 mg/ml,so did the numbers of bacterium.Additionally,as the concentration of ESS increasing,the bacteriostatic effect of sarcandra was stronger.Conclusion:The extracted substance of sarcandra could not only change pH value of environment of bacterial growth but also inhibit the bacterial growth and the activity of GTF playing an important role in pathcaries process,So sarcandra should have great developing value in caries prevention.更多还原
