【摘要】 目的　观察白术挥发油对小鼠免疫功能的影响 .方法　用伊文思蓝比色法及EA花环试验检测白术挥发油对小鼠二硝基氯苯 (DNCB)所致迟发型超敏反应和腹腔巨噬细胞Fc受体的影响 .结果　白术挥发油能增强小鼠DNCB所致迟发型超敏反应 ,白术挥发油组光密度值较对照组增加 6 1.5 % ;同时 ,可显著提高小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞EA花环率 (P <0 .0 1) .结论　白术挥发油可提高巨噬细胞的活性 ,增强机体非特异性免疫功能 ,抑制癌细胞的生长更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effect of Atractylodes macrocephalakoidz on the immune function of mice.Methods With Ewinselan colorimetric method and EA flower circle test,the effects of AM on the delayed allergy reaction caused by DNCB of mice and Fc receptor of macrophage cell were detected.Results Atractylodes macrocephalakoidz could significantly elevate the flower circle rate of macrophage in peritoneal cavity of mice ( P <0.01),the density of atractylodes macrocephalakoidz group increased 61.5% compared with the control group.Conclusion Atractylodes macrocephalakoidz can elevate phagocytosis of macrophage and raise the non specific immune function of organism and inhibit the growth of cancer cells.更多还原
