【摘要】 目的　了解长期接触低浓度氯乙烯作业工人的肝功能状况 .方法　劳动卫生学调查法 .结果　工人长期在浓度 1.6 6 7～ 2 6 .16mg/m3 氯乙烯下工作 ,肝功能各项指标异常检出率增加 ,其中ALΤ ,TBIL有显著性差异 (P<0 .0 1) ,脂肪肝的检出率高于对照组 (P <0 .0 1) .结论　长期接触低浓度氯乙稀仍可引起肝功能损害 .更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effect of exposure to low concentration of Vinyl Chloride on workers’ livers function.Method Occupation health investigation.Results Workers worked in concentration of 1.667～26.16?mg/m 3 of Vinyl Chloride were studied.Through the investigation the incidences of ALT and TBIT fatty liver were significantly higher than those in the control.Conclusion Workers’livers function can be affected even if the concentration of Vinyl Chloride is low.更多还原
