中空纤维酶膜反应器连续制备DP8-12糊精的研究
Study on the Continuous Production of DP8-12 Dextrin with Hollow Fiber Membrane-Enzymatic Reactor
【摘要】 采用聚砜中空纤维酶膜反应器系统 (截留分子量 2 0 0 0 0 ) ,运用α -淀粉酶酶解淀粉并及时分离 ,连续制备了DP8- 12 糊精。通过对酶膜反应器连续化工艺的二次回归正交组合试验 ,获得了该系统的二次模型 ,并确定了产品适宜的工艺参数范围 :流量为 5~ 15mL/s ;酶用量为 0 .6 0~ 0 .80u/g淀粉 ;淀粉浓度为 2 0 %~2 5 %
【Abstract】 A polysulphone hollow fiber membrane (molecular weight cut-off 20,000) enzymatic reactor was used to produce continuously DP 8-12 dextrin from starch by α-amylase.Through a quadratic-orthogonal experiment,a quadratic model for the system was established and satisfactory technological conditions of the system were detemined as followed:flow rate 5-15 ml/s dosage of amylase 0.60-0.80u/g starch,and concentration of starch 20%-25%.
