广西地区肝细胞癌中c-myc和N-ras癌基因的原位表达与HBV感染关系的研究
STUDY ON THE EXPRESSION OF IN SITU C myc,N ras ONCOGENES AND HEPATITIS B VIRUS INFECTION IN HEPATOCELLULAR CARCINOMA IN GUANGXI
【摘要】 目的 :分析广西地区肝细胞癌中 c- myc、N- ras癌基因的表达与乙型肝炎病毒 (HBV)感染的关系及其在肝癌发生中的作用。方法 :应用原位 c DNA- RNA杂交方法和免疫组化方法检测 40例广西地区肝癌和相应的癌旁组织中的 c- m yc m RNA、N- ras m RNA和 HBs Ag、HBx Ag。结果 :肝癌及癌旁组织均有较高的 c- m yc、N - ras癌基因的表达 ,其在不同分化程度肝癌中的表达差异无显著性意义 :HBs Ag和 HBx Ag的检出率分别为 87.0 9%和79.31%。癌基因的表达与 HBs Ag和 HBx Ag的检出率呈平行状态。结论 :c- m yc、N - ras在广西地区肝癌的形成和保持恶性表型中有协同作用。 HBx Ag可能有激活 c- myc、N- ras癌基因的作用。
【Abstract】 Objective:To analyse the relationship between the expression of c myc,N ras oncogenes and hepatitis B Virus(HBV)infection in hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC) in Guangxi and the roles of these factors in hepatocarcinogenesis.Methods:c DNA RNA ,N ras mRNA,HBsAg and HBxAg in 40 cases of HCC and their adjacent liver tissues were studied.Rusults:The expression of c myc,N ras oncogenes were very high in HCC and their adjacent live tissues.Their positive rates were all over 85%.No significant difference of the two oncogenes′ expression among different grades of HCC was found.The positive rates of HBsAg and HBxAg were 87.09% and 79.31% respectively.The detections of oncogenes were parallel to the detections of HBsAg and HBxAg.Conclusion:c myc and N ras might be involved in the formation and maintenance of HCC.They may be activated by HBxAg.
