【摘要】 目的　探讨老年肾细胞癌的 CT影像特点及其病理分期与 CT表现的相关性。方法　选择 30例术前行 CT检查并经手术病理证实为肾细胞癌患者 ,比较其病理分期与 CT影像的关系。结果　 (1 )老年肾细胞癌 CT表现为肿块突出肾轮廓 ,边缘模糊 ,形状不规则 ,肿块内密度不均匀 ,无完整包膜。部分肿块有液化、坏死。(2 )肿瘤大小与病理分期之间无显著性差异 (P>0 .0 5)。 (3)密度均匀与不均匀 ,有液化、坏死与无液化、坏死之间其病理分期无显著性差异 (P>0 .0 5)。 (4) CT表现为边缘模糊 ,无包膜者有着较高之病理分期 (P<0 .0 5)。结论　老年肾细胞癌患者的 CT表现与病理分期密切相关 ,病理分期增高 ,CT表现为边界不清和无包膜肿物更多还原

【Abstract】 ? Objective To discuss characteristics of CT images of renal carcinoma in aged patients and analyze relations between CT images and pathologic behavior.Methods 30 patients were undergone CT imaging before surgery operation and the lesions were confirmed as renal carcinoma by pathologic examination.The relation between CT images and pathologic grades were analyzed.Results (1)CT exhibition of renal carcinoma in aged patients was that the tumor protruded from outline of kidney with blurry edge and irregular size;the density inside tumor was inhomogenous;tumor had no intact envelope and part of it showed necrosis and liquefaction;(2)the size of tumor had no significant relation with pathologic classification( P >0 05);(4)tumor without intact envelope and with blurry edge in CT exhibition showed relative high pathologic classification( P <0 05).Conclusions CT exhibition of renal carcinoma in aged patients had close relation with pathologic classification and lesions with high pathologic clssification was exhibited as a blurry edge and incomplete envelope tumor in CT images. 〔更多还原
