【摘要】 在目前我国风险投资实践的基础上 ,剖析了现行风险投资制度中存在的诸如投资主体单一、资金来源不足、风险投资专业人员缺乏、风险资本退出渠道狭窄以及中介服务机构不发达等问题 ,提出了规范我国风险投资业的几点设想 :广拓资金来源 ;积极培育风险投资专业人才 ;建立风险资本的退出通道和适应风险投资业需要的各类中介机构 ;建立健全相关的法律法规更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the reality of the venture investment, this article analyzes the existing problems that come from the operation of venture capital.
