【摘要】 目的研究脑瘫患儿血骨钙素 (BGP)、甲状旁腺素 (PTH)、降钙素 (CT)的含量变化 ,分析它们与脑瘫病情、分型的关系。方法应用放射免疫法测定 37例脑瘫患儿和 2 8例正常儿血清中的 BGP、 PTH、 CT浓度。结果脑瘫组血清 BGP明显高于正常组 (P<0 .0 1) ;重度脑瘫患儿 PTH与正常组比较明显升高 (P<0 .0 1) ,而 CT则低于正常组 (P<0 .0 5 ) ;同时发现痉挛型脑瘫患儿 PTH含量高于手足徐动型 ,而 CT则低于手足徐动型 (P<0 .0 5 )。结论脑瘫患儿血清 PTH、 CT异常 ,其异常程度与脑瘫类型、病情轻重有关 ;血清 BGP升高提示脑瘫患儿骨形成活跃更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the changes in the levels of serum BGP, PTH and CT in the children with cerebral palsy (CP) and analyze the correlation between the serum BGP, PTH, CT and the type and severity of CP. Methods The levels of serum BGP, PTH, CT in 37 children with CP and 28 healthy children were measured by using radioimmunoassay. Results The serum BGP level in the children with CP was obviously higher than in the control group ( P <0 01). The serum PTH level in the children with severe CP was significantly higher than in the control group ( P <0 01), but the serum CT level was lower ( P <0 05). The serum PTH in spasticity CP was remarkably higher than in the athetosis CP, but the serum CT level was lower than in athetosis CP ( P <0 05). Conclusion There was abnormality of the serum PTH, CT in children with CP and the abnormal degree was related with the type and severity of CP. The high serum BGP indicated the shortage of bone mineralization in children with CP and activity of bone formation.更多还原
