胆红素脑病仔兔脑组织单胺类神经递质含量变化的研究
The Changes of Monomine in the Rabbits with Bilirubin-induced Encephalopathy
【摘要】 目的以动物实验方法制备胆红素脑病模型 ,观察脑组织单胺类神经递质的变化 ,研究单胺递质与胆红素神经毒性的相互关系。方法取生后 2 - 5 d内的纯种仔兔 ,向腹腔内注射胆红素 ,制备胆红素脑病模型 ,测定脑组织内单胺递质的浓度。结果胆红素脑病仔兔脑组织多巴胺及 5 -羟色胺含量升高 ,去甲肾上腺素含量下降 ,与对照组比较差异有显著性 ,但无时间剂量相关性。结论胆红素脑病仔兔脑组织单胺递质变化与胆红素神经毒素有关。
【Abstract】 Objective To observe the changes of monomine in brain and to study the relationship between monomine and bilirubin neurotoxicity. Methods A model of bilirubin induced encephalopathy was developed. The newborn rabbits at age of 2 to 5 days were subjected to the injection of bilirubin intraperineally and then sacrificed to determine the bilirubin concentration of serum and brain and monomine levels of brain tissue. Results The levels of dopamine (DA) and 5 HT were increased and NE decreased in the brain tissue of the rabbits with bilirubin induced encephalopathy as compared with control group, but were not related with bilirubin concentration and time of exposure. Conclusion The changes in monomine in the brain tissue of the rabbits with bilirubin induced encephalopathy were related to the bilirubin neurotoxicity.
