【摘要】 目的　评价 PF方案化放治疗 N3期鼻咽癌的效果。方法　 66例 T1～ 3N3M0 鼻咽癌随机分成两组 ,一组先行 PF方案化疗后放疗 ;一组单纯放疗。两组均采用钴 - 60常规分割照射 ,放疗方法及剂量相同。结果　化放组 5年生存率 45 .5 % ,单放组 2 1 .2 % ( P<0 .0 5 ) ;化放组远处转移发生时间平均放疗后 1 7.4个月 ,单放组 7.9个月 ;化放组远处转移率 2 1 .2 % ,单放组 36.4% ( P>0 .0 5 )。结论　PF方案化放治疗 N3期鼻咽癌能够延缓远处转移发生时间 ,减少远处转移 ,提高远期生存率更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the effect of chemotherapy with cisplatin and 5\|fluorouracil regimen combined with radiotherapy in stage N 3 nasopharyngeal carcinoma(NPC).Methods sixty\|six patients with stage T 1～3 N 3M 0 nasopharyngeal carcinoma were randomized into two groups.Radiochemotherapy group were treated with cisplatin and 5\|fluorouracil regimen Chemotherapy followed radiotherapy. Radiotherapy group treated with radiotherapy along were taken as control.The methods and time/dose schedule of radiotherapy were similar in two groups.Results The 5\|year survival in radiochemotherapy group was 45.5% and 21.2% in radiotherapy Group( P<0.05 ).The average time after radiotherapy of occurrence of distant metastasis was 17.4 months in radiochemotherapy group and 7.9 months in radiotherapy group.The distant metastasis rates was 21.2% in radiochemotherapy group and 36.4% in radiotherapy group (P>0.05) .Conclusion chemotherapy with cisplatin and 5\|fluorouracil regimen combined with radiotherapy cam prolong the time of distant metastasis,reduce distant metastasis,increase survival rates for stage N 3 nasopharyngeal carcinoma.更多还原
