【摘要】 目的　探讨89Sr Cl2 治疗转移性骨肿瘤的临床应用价值。方法　 1 1例经证实为肿瘤骨转移患者接受 89Sr Cl2 4 mci静脉注射治疗 ,治疗后至随访时间为 3个月～ 1年。结果　止痛总有效率72 .8% ;显效 45.5% ( 5/1 1 ) ;有效 2 7.3% ( 3/1 1 ) ;止痛起效时间较快 ,缓解骨痛持续时间较长 ,骨髓抑制不明显。结论　89Sr Cl2 治疗肿瘤骨转移患者有缓解疼痛、提高生存质量的作用更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To treat the clinic value of strontium 89 therpy in metastatic bone patients.Methods 11 patients were confirmed metastatic bone were performed by 4mCi Strontium 89 therpy, and followed up 3 months or 1 year.Results 72.8% of patients had a positive response ,with complete response 45.5%(5/11),and partial response 27.3%(3/11).The effective period following treatment was very fast and response was very long .The blood to xity is not serious .Conclusion 89 SrCl 2 can relief bone pain and improe patient’s life quality.更多还原
