【摘要】 目的　探讨 CT对肾上腺肿瘤的诊断及鉴别诊断价值。方法　回顾性分析 61例病理证实的肾上腺肿瘤 ,观察其 CT征象 ,提出诊断和鉴别诊断要点。结果　 61例肾上腺肿瘤 CT全部检出 ,敏感性达 1 0 0 % ;术前正确定性诊断 52例 ,特异性达 85%。结论　 CT对肾上腺肿瘤检出率高 ,在定性诊断上亦有重要参考价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the value of CT scan in diagnosing and differentical diagnosis of adrenal tumor.Methods CT findings of various kinds of adrenal tumors in 61 cases proved by pathology were analyzed retrospectively,the key to the diagnosis and differential diagnosis was suggested.Results All of the lesion were demonstrated clearly by CT,the sensitivity was 100%;52 cases were diagnosed correctly before operation and the specibility was 85%.Conclusion CT scan is very helpful in detecting adrenal tumor and provides important information for qualitative diagnosis.更多还原
