【摘要】 目的　了解膀胱移行细胞癌中抑癌基因 p1 6缺失及其蛋白表达情况。方法　应用双重PCR和免疫组化 S- P法对 31例膀胱移行细胞癌组织分别进行缺失和突变检测。结果　发现有 7例存在 p1 6基因的缺失 ,缺失率为 2 2 .6%。其中有 1例外显子 1缺失 ,有 5例外显子 2缺失 ,1、2外显子共缺失的有 1例。p1 6蛋白阴性率为 38.7%。结论　抑癌基因 p1 6的变异及其蛋白的不表达与膀胱移行细胞癌的发生有一定关系。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the deletion of antioncogene p16 and expression of its protein in bladder transitional cell carcinoma.Methods 31 cases of bladder transitional cell carcinoma were detected by duplex PCR and immunohistochemical staining.Results The gene deletions were found in seven samples.The deletion retio of p16 gene was 22.6%.Five cases had deletion in exon 2.One case had deletion in exon 1 and one had deletion in both exon 1 and exon 2 .The expression negative rates of p16 were 38.7%.Conclusion.The results suggest that the deletions of antioncogene p16 and the no expression of p16 were associated withbladder transitional cell carcinoma.更多还原
