【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate depression, anxiety and coping style in patients with breast cancer. Methods: Sixty-five patients with breast cancer and sixty-five patients with non-cancer diseases were evaluated using Zung Self-Rating Depression Scale (SDS), Zung Self-Rating Anxiety Scale (SAS) and the Coping Style Questionnaire, and the results of the two groups were compared. Results: Depression and anxiety of the breast cancer group were significantly higher than those of the non-cancer disease group ( P <0.001), and the breast cancer group adopted more negative coping behaviors, such as self-reproach, illusion and escape. Conclusion: Psychological intervention for patients with breast cancer could be important for preventing emotional disorders and improving their quality of life.更多还原
