蒸发镀热反射幕墙玻璃及其性能研究
Study on heat reflective wall glass by coating of heat evaporate and its properties
【摘要】 热反射幕墙玻璃是现代化建筑标致性的材料之一。采用热蒸发镀膜与磁控溅射一样也能生产出性能优良的幕墙玻璃。用特殊的前处理和后处理手段弥补热蒸发镀膜附着力差的缺陷。对蒸发和质量分布经计算机模拟 ,设计出最佳的蒸发源阵布局 ,使膜厚的均匀度 >90 % ,视觉色差接近于零。专门研制的四组分合金材料使幕墙玻璃的力学、化学、光学性能得到保证。耐磨性 :用 SMG- 1硬度试验机 ,负重 2 0 0 g,90 0圈无磨痕。耐酸碱性 :5 % HCl,5 % H2 SO4,5 % Na OH溶液 ,室温各 2 4h,无变化。透射率 10 %~ 30 % ,反射率 30 %~ 6 0 %。
【Abstract】 Heat reflective wall glass is an important material for modern building. The coating glass with excellent properties can be prepared by heat evaporate technique or magnetron sputtering technique. The process of washing and heat treatment is necessary to increase the adhesion between film and glass. Distributions of both evaporation and quality of materials have been simulated by computer in order that the uniform of coated film is above 90%. Special alloy composed of four kinds of metals is coated on the glass. The wall glass has excellent properties:scratch-resistant(by SMG-1 hardness measure instrument), no damage can be found on the surface with 200 grams of loading and 900 rings; corrosion-resistant, no change can be observed after the glasses were immerged into 5% HCl, 5% H 2SO 4, 5% NaON, for about 24 h respectively; the transmittance is in the range of 10%~30%, while the reflection is in the range of 30%~60%.
