【Abstract】 In this article, the factors that affect the max.permissible differential pressure of Roots vacuum pump are discussed. The methods of increasing it are discussed together. The characteristics of overflow valve Roots pump and ways of testing the overflow valve differential pressure are introduced. And it is pointed out that the overflow valve differential pressure of overflow valve Roots pump should be examined in test procedure.更多还原
