【摘要】 在 Streptomyces avermitilis的菌种选育过程中得到一系列的突变株 ,用 HPL C分析其次级代谢产物 ,发现菌株 E10 7不再产生 avermectin,而产生两个特异组分 E10 7a和 E10 7b,且发酵液具有抗真菌活性 ;应用溶媒萃取、薄层层析、HPL C等方法得到纯品 E10 7a和 E10 7b,通过对其紫外光谱、红外光谱、质谱、核磁共振谱的解析 ,确定 E10 7a为 oligomycin A,E10 7b可能为 oligomycin C更多还原

【Abstract】 Two metabolites termed as E107a and E107b were isolated from the mycelium of Streptomyces avermitilis E107 by means of solvent extraction, thin layer chromatography and HPLC. Based on phsico chemical properties and data of EI MS, HRFAB MS, UV, IR, 1 H NMR, 13 C NMR and DEPT, the major component E107a was identified as Oligomycin A and the possible structure of E107b was proposed.更多还原
