头孢匹罗与头孢他啶注射剂治疗细菌性感染的随机对照研究

【摘要】 头孢匹罗与头孢他啶注射剂随机对照治疗细菌性感染 133例 ,以评价头孢匹罗的疗效和安全性。给药方案为头孢匹罗每次 2 g,每日 2次 ,头孢他啶每次 2 g,每日 3次 ,治疗尿路感染两者剂量各减半 ,均为静脉滴注 ,疗程为 7~ 14d。结果头孢匹罗组和头孢他啶组有效率分别为 93.9% (6 2 /6 6 )及 91.0 % (6 1/6 7) ,痊愈率分别为 75 .8% (5 0 /6 6 )及 71.6 % (48/6 7) ,细菌清除率以菌株数计分别为 92 .1% (5 8/6 3)及 90 .9% (6 0 /6 6 ) ,以病例数计分别为 93.2 % (5 5 /5 9)和 90 .2 % (5 5 /6 1)。头孢匹罗及头孢他啶组的不良反应发生率分别为4.0 % (3/75 )及 5 .1% (4/78)。上述两组的各项结果经统计学处理 ,差异均无显著性。本研究显示头孢匹罗治疗各类感染的疗效确切 ,不良反应少见而轻微

【Abstract】 To evaluate the efficacy and safety of cefpirome, a randomized controlled study of cefpirome (CPO) and ceftazidime (CAZ) was carried out in the treatment of 133 patients with infectious diseases. The patients received CPO intravenously at 2g twice daily or CAZ intravenously at 2g three times daily for the treatment of low respiratory tract infections, abdominal or biliary tract infections and septicaemia, the doses were reduced to half of the above doses respectively in the treatment of urinary tract infections. The treatment duration was 7~14 days. In CPO group, the effective rate and cure rate were 93.9%(62/66) and 75.8% (50/66), while in CAZ group, were 91.0% (61/67) and 71.6% (48/67) respectively. The bacterial elimination rate was 92.1% (58/63) in CPO group and 90.9% (60/66) in CAZ group. Adverse reactions occurred in 4.0% (3/75) of patients in CPO group and 5.1% (4/78) in CAZ group. There were no statistically difference between the two groups with respect to clinical efficacy, bacterial elimination and adverse reactions. Results of this study indicate that CPO is effective and safe in the treatment of various infectious diseases.
