尼拉霉素新组分98-23的研究——分离、结构鉴别及抗菌活性
Studies on a new component of nebramycin, 98-23——isolation, structure elucidation and biological activities
【摘要】 从黑暗链霉菌 (S.tenebrarius)菌种诱变中得到一变株 ,其发酵产物系单一组分 ,经大孔离子交换剂、葡聚糖 Sephadex离子交换剂提取精制 ,制得纯品 ,经 IR、 MS、1 H- NMR、1 3 C- NMR、1 H- 1 H COSY、HOHAHA、 HMQC等光谱解析 ,确定为氨基糖苷类中的新抗生素 ,化学名为 O- 3- amino- 6 - O-(aminocarbonyl) - 3- deoxy-α- D- glucopyranosyl- (1→ 6 ) - O- [2 - amino- 2 ,3- dideoxy-α- D- glucopyranosyl- (1→ 4) ]-2 - deoxy- D- streptamine,并测定了部分菌株的 MIC数据以及 L D5 0 的范围。
【Abstract】 A mutant strain was obtained by mutation treatment of Streptomyces tenebrarius . There is a single active component in the culture of the mutant. The component, 98 23, was isolated and purified by macroporous ion exchange resin and CM Sephadex C 25. By means of spectroscopic analyses (IR、MS、 1H NMR、 13 C NMR、 1H 1H COSY、HOHAHA、HMQC), 98 23 was identified as a new antibiotic of the aminoglycoside family, and its chemical name is: O 3 amino 6 O (aminocarbonyl 3 deoxy α D glucopyranosyl (1→6) O [2 amino 2,3 dideoxy α D glucopyranosyl (1→4)] 2 deoxy D streptamine; The MIC of strains and the range of LD 50 were determined.
