【摘要】 目的研究急性颈髓损伤后发生应激性溃疡的机制、相关因素及预防措施。方法回顾性分析 8例急性颈髓损伤并发应激性溃疡患者的临床资料。结果 5例经保守治疗后治愈 ,1例手术后治愈 ,2例因并发呼吸循环衰竭而死亡。结论急性颈髓损伤后发生的应激性溃疡是危重并发症 ,须早期积极预防更多还原

【Abstract】 ObjectiveTo study the mechanisms and related factors and preventive managements of the stress ulcer complicating with acute cervical spinal cord injury. MethodsThe clinical findings of eight cases of the acute cervical spinal cord injury with stress ulcer were reviewed retrospectively.ResultsFive cases were cured by conservative treatment, one case was cured after operations, two cases died of breath and circulation failure.ConclusionStress ulcer is a critical complication of acute cervical spinal cord injury.
