【Abstract】 Leaves of fresh Aloe Gel were processed with vacuum freeze drying technique and the physical properties of the dried Aloe Gel was studied.In addition to well preservation of its major nutritious ingredients.the dried Aloe Gel has many advantages over fresh one ,such as it can be easily stored,shipped and used as additives in quite a few types of food,medicine and cosmetics.The potential industrial applications of dried Aloe Gel were also discussed.更多还原
