【Abstract】 The pre concentration and separation of propranolol and metoprolol with capillary electrophoresis were studied in this paper. The effects of some operation parameters, such buffer concentration and pH, sample medium concentration and time of field amplification and transient isotachophoresis injection on pre concentration and separation were investigeted in detail. In the optimum conditions, two medicines were separated completely. In addition, with a larger injection volume, the concentration enhancement factors were more than 2 orders of magnitude than those of the conventional method.更多还原
