Bi2CuO4的氧渗透和高温电导性能研究
Study of Oxygen Permeability and Conductivity on Bi2CuO4
【摘要】 通过固相烧结法制备了Bi2 CuO4材料 ,并对其在中高温下的电导性能及氧渗透性能进行了研究 .研究表明 ,Bi2 CuO4在 70 0℃以下时为电子导体 ,而在 70 0℃以上时其离子电导随温度的增加而显著的增加 ,在 780℃左右时与其电子电导相当 ,是一种较好的氧离子 电子混合导体 .氧渗透测量表明 :在 786℃时 ,厚度为 1 .72mm的样品在上表面氧分压为 0 .2 0 9atm ,下表面氧分压为 0 .0 0 6atm时的氧渗透率达到 5.93×1 0 -8mol/scm2 .
【Abstract】 Bi 2CuO 4 material was synthesized through solid state reaction, and its permeability and conductivity were measured in high temperature. It is found that at 786 2CuO 4 sample with a thickness of 1.72 mm is 5.93×10 -8 mol·s -1 ·cm -2 when the Po 2(h) and Po 2(l) are 0.209 atm. and 0.006 atm. respectively. Inflexion is observed in the total conductivity curve around 670 ℃. Bi 2CuO 4 is a pure electronic conductor below 700 ℃, but Bi 2CuO 4 becomes a mixed conductor due to dramatically increasing ionic conductivity above 700 ℃. The ionic conductivity is the same as the electronic conductivity around 780 ℃. The active energy of ionic conductivity is 567 kJ.
