LAMOST光纤定位系统高精度定位单元控制系统
Control System of High Precision Positioning Unit for LAMOST
【摘要】 针对LAMOST并行可控式光纤定位系统 ,论文介绍了基于双回转机构的光纤定位单元 .定位单元采用了基于计算机并行口的开环控制系统 ,并行口的数据端口构成步进电机的智能脉冲分配器 ,由集成音频功率放大器TDA1 52 1组成电机的平衡桥式功率驱动电路 .论文研究了提高单元定位精度的主要措施 ,设置机械零位辅以电子开关构成单元回转的基准零位以减小多次重定位的累积误差 ,采用弹簧消隙机构消除齿侧间隙提高系统定位的稳定性 .实验表明本定位单元能够实现光纤的快速、高精度定位 ,定位精度达到 40 μm
【Abstract】 This paper presents an optical fiber positioning unit for LAMOST. The data port of the parallel port constitutes the intelligent controller of the stepper motor. The system uses an audio power amplifier as the bridge mode driver circuit of the stepper motor. The main method to improve the positioning precision of the unit is studied. The system sets mechanical zero using electronic switch as the reference zero of the revolving unit to reduce the accumulative error of multi positioning. The system uses a spring mechanism to eliminate gear clearance and improve its stability. Experiments show that, with a precision of 40 μm the positioning unit can position the fiber quickly and precisely.
