【摘要】 目的 :探讨胸椎结核病变治愈型截瘫与后凸畸形的关系及其预防和治疗方法。方法 :分析 2 0例胸椎结核病变治愈型截瘫患者的临床资料和 17例患者手术治疗的资料。结果 :2 0例病变治愈型截瘫患者的Cobb角在 30°以上者占 95 %。 17例经椎管侧前方减压治疗 ,术后截瘫恢复率达 70 5 %。结论 :胸椎结核病变治愈型截瘫与椎体骨质缺损塌陷所引起的后凸畸形角度大小有直接关系。手术减压是目前治疗病变治愈型截瘫的唯一方法更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the relation between focus healed paraplegia of thoracic tuberculosis and kyphosis, and how to prevent and treat this disease.Method:The clinical materials of 20 cases of focus healed paraplegia of thoracic tuberculosis and operational treatment for 17 cases of them were analysised and studied.Result:Of the 20 cases of focus healed paraplegia,those with an Cobb angle of more than 30° accounted for 95%.The anteriolateral decompression of vertebral canal was performed on 17 cases.The recovered cases of them accounted for 70.5%.Conclusion:The formation of focus healed paraplegia of thoracic tuberculosis was directly related to the angle of kyphosis caused by destruction and collapse of vertebrae.Operative decompression for treatment of focus healed paraplegia was a sole method at present.更多还原
