【摘要】 目的 :观察葛根素对 2型糖尿病早期肾脏病变的疗效。方法 :对 73例 2型糖尿病 2 4 h尿微量白蛋白 (UAE)在 30～ 30 0 mg/ 2 4 h者随机分成两组 ,治疗组 37例 ,每天静滴葛根素 5 0 0 mg,共 2周 ;对照组用生理盐水静滴 ,共 2周。观察血糖及尿 UAE变化。结果 :两组治疗前后比较差异有显著性意义 ,P<0 .0 1。结论 :葛根素对 2型糖尿病早期肾脏病变疗效明显 ,且无明显毒副反应更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the therapeutic efficacy of kakonein in treating early renal damage in type Ⅱ diabetes cases.Methods:73 cases whose VAE was between 30 to 300 mg/24 hours were divided at random into two groups:Kakanein group(37 cases treated with kakonein 500 mg daily intravenously for 2 weeks) and control treated with NS.Results:The serum glucose level and urine VAE existed significance between the 2 groups( P <0.01).Conclusions:Kakonein was effecitive in treating early renal damage of type Ⅱ diabetes cases.更多还原
