【摘要】 目的 :观察生脉注射液防止米托蒽醌治疗老年性急性髓性白血病所致骨髓抑制的临床疗效。方法 :35例患者随机分为治疗组 17例和对照组 18例。两组均采用米托蒽醌联合阿糖胞苷治疗。治疗组加用生脉注射液治疗。结果 :治疗组与对照组总有效率分别为 70 .6 %、6 6 .7% (P>0 .0 5 )。治疗组和对照组完全缓解率分别为 5 2 .9% ,4 4.4 % (P>0 .0 5 ) ,治疗组完全缓解时间和白细胞降低最低持续时间均短于对照组 (P<0 .0 1)。化疗后感染率及出血发生率治疗组明显低于对照组 (P<0 .0 1)。结论 :生脉注射液能明显减轻和缩短米托蒽醌对骨髓的抑制作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 To observe the Clinical Therapeutic Efficacy of acute marrow leukemia with mitoxantrone and Shen Mai injection. Methods: 35 cases were divided at random into combined treatment group (17 cases tr eated with mitoxantrone,arabinosyl cystosine and Shen Mai injection) and contro l (18 cases treated with mitoxantrone and arabinosyl cystosine only). R esults: The total effective rate was 70.6% in the combined treatment gro up and 66.7% in the control ( P <0.05). The relieving rate was 52.9% and 44.4% respectively( P <0.05). The infection rate and bleeding occurrence were also lower in the combined treatment group than those in the control. Conclus ion: Shen Mai injection could reduce the inhibiting effects of mitoxant rone on the bone marrow.更多还原
