【摘要】 目的 :探讨中药穿山甲对急性髓细胞性白血病细胞株 HL - 6 0的作用。方法 :以人白血病细胞株HL- 6 0为研究对象 ,采用形态学观察 ,流式细胞仪、Caspase- 3酶活性测定、免疫组化等方法。结果 :穿山甲浓度在 2 .5～ 10 mg/ ml范围内可抑制 HL - 6 0细胞生长 ,并诱导其发生凋亡 ;并激活 Caspase- 3酶活性 ,下降 bcl- 2基因表达。结论 :穿山甲对 HL - 6 0细胞有诱导凋亡作用更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the effects of pangolin extracts on the Acute Myelocyte Leukemia.Methods:HL 60 cell lines were used to explore the effects of pangolin extracts on the changes of the by observing the morphology followed by the flow cytometry,caspase 3 measurements and immunohistochemistry.Results:Inhibiton was observed when the pangolin extracts were at the concentration between 0.0025 to 0.01 g/ml and apoptosis was also observed with the activation of caspase 3 and lowered expression of bcl 2 gene.Conclusions:Pangolin extracts could induce the apoptosis of the HL 60 cells.更多还原
