【摘要】 目的 :观察小剂量泼尼松联合雄激素、再障生血片治疗再生障碍性贫血的疗效。方法 :对 30例病人用 0 .5mg/ (kg·d)泼尼松、口服十一酸睾酮 (安雄 )每次 4 0 mg,1日 2次及再障生血片治疗 3个月。如无效则停用 ,有效者再继续服用 3～ 4个月。结果 :总有效率达 85% ,有效的 2 5例治疗前后测 T细胞亚群 ,发现经该方法治疗后 ,病情好转 ,免疫功能紊乱得以纠正 ,未见严重不良反应。结论 :该方法治疗慢性再生障碍性贫血简便 ,疗效好 ,无严重不良反应 ,适合门诊治疗。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the therapeutic efficacy of low dosage of Prednisone and Andrusol and Zai Zhang Sheng Xue Tablet in the treatment of aplastic anemia. Methods:Prednisone (0.5mg/kg per day) and andrusol (40 mg/Per day) together with Zai Zhang Sheng Xue Tablets were used for 3 months. For those withoat effectiveness, stopped the medication. For those who showed effectiveness, continue the treatment for another 3 to 4 months.Results:The total effective rate was 85%. 25 effective cases had improved physical condition and immune functions without obvious side effects. Conclusions:The present method was effective in treating aplastc anemla.更多还原
