【摘要】 目的 :观察复方丹参注射液对高血压脑出血的治疗作用。方法 :将 53例高血压脑出血患者随机在常规治疗的基础上分为丹参组、止血剂组、对照组。比较脑出血的吸收率、临床疗效以及副作用。结果 :丹参组总有效率为 87.0 % ,止血组为 4 3.8% ,对照组为 64 .3% ;三组间差异有显著性意义 ,P<0 .0 1。丹参组血肿吸收率为 82 .6% ,止血组为 4 3.8% ,对照组为 64 .3% ,三组比较 ,P <0 .0 5。结论 :丹参能有效改善脑出血患者的神经功能 ,止血剂可能对脑出血患者无益更多还原

【Abstract】 To observe the effect of Dan Shen Injection in the treatment of cerebral hemorrhage in cases with hypertension. Methods:53 cases were divided at random into three groups:Dan Shen,Hemostatic agent and control groups so as to observe the absorption rate,clinical effectiveness and side effects in treating the cerebral hemorrhage. Results:The total effective rate of the Dan Shen group was 87% while it was 43.8% in the Hemostatic agent group and 64.3% in the control group. Significant differences were observed among the three groups (P<0.01 respectively). The hematoma absorption rate in the Dan Shen group was 82.6% (19/23). It was 43.8% (7/16) in the Hemostatic agent group and 64.3 % (9/14) in the control ( P <0.05 respectively). Conclusions:Dan Shen could improve the cerebral functions while the Hemostatic agent had no such effect.更多还原
