【摘要】 目的 :探讨脑干听觉诱发电位 (BAEP)对椎基底动脉供血不足 (VBI)诊断中的意义 ,并与多普勒超声波 (TCD)做对比。方法 :对 43例临床确诊的VBI及 45例正常对照组进行BAEP、TCD检查。结果 :BAEP、TCD异常率VBI组为 5 4%、73 % ,对照组为 7%、48%。结论 :BAEP假阳性率较TCD低 ,联合检查有助于VBI定性定位更多还原

【Abstract】 Objectives: To explore the diagnostic value of the brainstem auditiry evoked potential(BAEP) in patients with(VBI) and compared with Transcranial dopper (TCD). Methods: The BAEP and TCD were analysed between 43 patients with VBI and 45 normal controls.Results: The abnormality rate of BAEP,TCD in VBI was 54%,73%,and in normal controls was 7%,48%.Conclusions: The fake positive of BAEP is lower than that of TCD.Combining examination are beneficial to VBI between orienfation and determine the nature.更多还原
