【摘要】 目的 :为了减少某些妇科手术的并发症 ,提高治愈率。方法 :2 0例成人女性标本用于观察盆腔脏器旁结构的内容、分层 ;盆丛的组成和分区定位 ;子宫韧带与盆丛的关系。结果 :盆腔脏器旁结构大致可以分为 3层 ,盆丛分为 3部 ,骶子宫韧带中含盆内脏神经。结论 :搞清楚盆腔脏器旁结构的复杂关系对于指导某些盆腔手术至关重要。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:It is for the sake to reduce the incorporation disease in gynecological surgery.Methods:Pelvic cavity viscera side structure,pelvic plexus and uterus were observed in twenty female corpses.Results:Plexus cavity viscera side structure could be disparted three layers,pelvic plexus could be disparted three parts and some pelvic bowel nerves drill through uterus.Conclusion:It is important to well known the complicated relations of pelvic cavity viscera side structure for gynecological surgery. \ \更多还原
