【摘要】 目的 :观察抗抑郁剂氟西汀对帕金森患者抑郁的治疗效果及患者运动功能的影响。方法 :对 5 7例帕金森抑郁患者随机分为二组 ,采用帕金森病情分级及国际统一评定疗效标准 (UPDS)进行病情程度的评定 ,抑郁症状采用汉密顿抑郁量表 (HAMD)评分 ,在治疗前和治疗后 6周进行比较。结果 :治疗组在治疗后 6周HAMD评分减少的百分率显著高于对照组 (P <0 .0 0 1) ,在常规治疗帕金森病药物同时 ,抗抑郁组神经运动功能的恢复较对照组明显 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :氟西汀不但能改善帕金森患者伴有的抑郁 ,同时对改善运动功能有一定的帮助。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the effects of antidepressant drug-Fluoxetine on the depression and movement function in the patients with parkinsons disease(PD).Method:57 cases of depression in PD were divided into 2 groups.The severity of clinical symtoms in PD was scored with UPDS.The severity of depression was scored with HAMD and compared before and 6 months after the treatment.Result:The decrease percentage of HAMD score was significantly higher in the study group than that in the control group(P<0.001),and the patients in the study group have obvious restore of the movement function(P<0.05).Conclusion:Fluoxetine can not only decrease the degrsee of depression,but is helpful in restoring movement function.更多还原
