高速电主轴设计制造中若干问题的探讨
Approach to Some Problems in Design and Manufacturing of High Speed Spindle with Built-in Motor
【摘要】 探讨了电主轴的优良特性 ,介绍了基本参数和结构类型的选择 ,分析了电主轴的两大内部热源 :内置电动机和主轴轴承。提出了降低电主轴温升的两大措施 :电动机外循环油冷和陶瓷球轴承及其油 -气润滑 ,讨论了高速电主轴动平衡设计的原理与方法。
【Abstract】 Spindle with built in motor is a very important component of high speed machine tools. The rotating speed, machining accuracy and productivity of machine tools are greatly depended on its parameters and features. This paper firstly points out good characters of the spindle, introduces the selection of its basic parameters and structure and makes an analysis on the two main heat sources in such spindle: the built in motor and the bearings. Two measures are suggested for reducing the temperature of the spindle: oil water heat exchange system outside the motor for cooling and ceramic rolling bearings are used for the spindle and lubricated by oil air lubricating system. The principle and process for the spindle dynamic balancing are discussed. Then some suggestions are made on specilization production of the spindle.
