数控化改造摇臂钻床以加工大型管板类零件
Retrofit of Normal Drilling Machine with NC System for Large Ducts and Planking
【摘要】 介绍运用极坐标方法数控化改造Z30 6 3型摇臂钻床用以加工大型管板类零件的加工原理、数控化改造方案、在研制过程中所遇到的关键技术问题及其解决方法。该数控钻床已成功用于生产。
【Abstract】 s:Machining principle and NC reforming solution of rebuilding normal drilling machine (Z3063) into NC drilling machine for handling large ducts and planking is introduced.
