干式高速车铣时金属陶瓷刀具磨损机理研究

【摘要】 研究了干式高速车铣D60钢时金属陶瓷刀具的磨损机理和磨损特性。与水溶性冷却液浇注冷却的湿式高速车铣相比,干式高速车铣D60钢时,金属陶瓷刀具具有更高的耐磨性。硬质相颗粒的脱落是干式高速车铣D60钢时金属陶瓷刀具磨损的主要原因。

【Abstract】 A research is made on the Wearing mechanism and features of ceramic tool in high speed dry turning and milling of steel D60.Compared with high speed wet turning and milling with aqui-coolant showering, the ceramic .tool is of even higher wear- resistance in high speed dry turning and milling of steel D60. The main reason of ceramic tool Wearing is coming off the hard grain during the dry cutting of steel D60.
